Josh has been in public education since 2010, getting his start as a paraprofessional at a county learning center for students who need social and emotional support. As a student getting his degree in general education, the learning center is where Josh found his love for educating students with special needs. He taught 2 years of general education in a 4th and 5th grade inclusion classroom, where he transitioned into special education as an intervention specialist supporting students in the primary and elementary school settings. Josh is currently a special education administrator, with a passion for making and creating. With this podcast, Josh gets to blend these two worlds together.
